Field of Gold – Queen’s Park

Posted by Jackie on April 7, 2008

No special significance to this picture – I just came across this carpet of daffodils in Queen’s Park the other day and thought it was gorgeous 🙂

    I agree – the color and layout of the daffodills against the green grass is lovely.

  4. Wonderful,
    I WANDER’D lonely as a cloud
    That floats on high o’er vales and hills,
    When all at once I saw a crowd,
    A host, of golden daffodils;
    Beside the lake, beneath the trees,
    Fluttering and dancing in the breeze.

  5. A bit lacking in the Hills, Vales and Lake, but an excellent photograph none the less. Well spotted.
