A photo a day from Scotland’s biggest city.

Merry Christmas!

Posted by Jackie on December 25, 2008

Well, I cried like a baby during “It’s a Wonderful Life” – how on earth have I not managed to see it before now?! I wasn’t too embarrassed, as I could hear plenty of sniffing going on in the cinema so knew I wasn’t the only one!

And now it’s Christmas Day – here’s wishing you all a very happy Christmas, and thank you for all your visits and comments here this year. I hope you have a peaceful and joyful and very happy day.

This picture is of the George Square Christmas tree, by the way!

Happy Holidays to one and all from Mama, Duncan, Lamont, Leland, Kailey, and Lynette, from Portland, Oregon, USA.

Mama and I watched the movie last night on TV. It’s one of my all-time favorites, but she’d never seen it before either.

    Hi Jackie
“It’s a Wonderful Life” is a really great film and a living testament to James Stewart a modest man who even though a movie star joined up and flew bombers over Germany in WW2. I do not think many of todays “stars” would do such a thing voluntarily.
