Slightly to the left of yesterday’s picture, this one shows the view looking towards the Glasgow Tower, and just to its right the Science Centre and IMAX Cinema. To the right of that you might also be able to make out the BBC studios at Pacific Quay.

Apologies for the late posting of a photo, did anyone else with a wordpress blog have problems with scheduling photos yesterday? (it seems to be OK today but was driving me nuts yesterday). This is an old picture, from last autumn, showing L-R the BBC studios on Pacific Quay, the IMAX Cinema, Science Centre and Glasgow Tower.

When I showed a shot of the new BBC building in Pacific Quay a couple of weeks ago, someone commented on the artwork out the front. This is a closer view of it. I like how the black cab is able to give a sense of the size of the art.

BBC reflections

This is the new(ish) BBC Scotland building, on Pacific Quay. In the distance you can see the Finnieston Crane and the Squinty Bridge, and that’s the BBC’s next door neighbour the Science Centre, IMAX cinema and Glasgow Tower reflected in its windows.

Clydeside Dusk

Another older picture this one, here’s another one of the Science Centre and Tower, and also showing the new(ish – couple of years old) BBC Scotland studios. I’m guessing it will be a hive of activity there today due to Red Nose Day 2009.
